At VERB, we want you to love your hair. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns on all products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
