What is the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your package ships, we will send a second email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Absolutely not. VERB is a PETA-certified cruelty-free brand. We never test our finished products or ingredients on animals.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your hair. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
